1. General Terms

09be (bundles.ws) is an online betting and gaming platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between 09be and its users. By accessing our services through the 09be website, mobile app, or any other channel, you confirm that you fully agree to all provisions of these Terms.

09be reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered the authoritative text.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register on 09be. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and eligible to participate in online betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 09be may request a national ID, passport, or other documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. 09be reserves the right to forfeit all accounts and any funds held within them if an attempt is made to create multiple accounts.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or closed, and any winnings may be forfeited. It is your responsibility to notify our support team immediately if any of your details change.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

09be currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are typically credited to your wallet within 5–15 minutes. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact our support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 and the maximum is ৳1,00,000 per day.

3.3 Processing Times

• BKash: 15–30 minutes
• Nagad: 15–30 minutes
• Rocket: 30–60 minutes
• Verification pending: up to 24–72 hours

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

09be regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete a turnover of at least 15 times the bonus amount.
• Only Sports Betting counts toward the turnover; casino games are subject to separate terms.
• Bets placed using bonus balance must be at minimum odds of 1.50.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• 09be reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion without prior notice.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on 09be. The platform reserves the right to void any bet placed in violation of 09be's Terms & Conditions and to forfeit any associated winnings.

• Bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled once placed, though a cash-out option may be available in some cases.
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted after an event has started.
• Odds in live betting may change in real time.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be refunded.
• In a combo bet, if one event is cancelled, it will be removed and the remaining events will count toward the settlement.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09be platform. Any account found engaging in such activities will be suspended immediately:

• Match fixing or betting based on insider information.
• Using multiple accounts for bonus arbitrage or system abuse.
• Betting using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using another person's account credentials or sharing your account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Attempting to bypass the verification process by submitting false information.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

09be reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to submit requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Upon submitting a voluntary account closure request.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Any funds remaining in an account closed for legitimate reasons will be returned once verification is complete, provided the funds were not derived from prohibited activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

09be is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the 09be platform or its services. This includes:

• Loss of bets or winnings due to technical errors or server downtime.
• Live betting disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Financial losses resulting from betting.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment processors.

Under no circumstances will 09be's total liability exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the affected period.

9. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute, please contact our support team first. The team will work to resolve the matter within 72 hours. If the issue remains unresolved, you may submit a formal written complaint to 09be's dispute resolution department. 09be's decision shall be final in the resolution of all disputes.

Any legal matters arising under these Terms will be settled in the courts of the platform's registered jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

09be reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
